A few that I think haven't been mentioned that I like...

Flight to The Ford which starts with the the haunting voice over Arwen's otherworldly appearance to Frodo, continues with the pounding horse chase, then the triumphant horns as Arwen races across the Bruinen, turns and challenges the Black Riders, then ends with the same voice as Arwen offers Frodo "what grace has been given to me, let it pass to him." The Bridge of Khazad-Dum (sorry for spelling) It includes the wonderful Polynesian choir with their goose bump inducing chant, and ends with the sorrowful mourning of the Fellowship after the fall of Gandalf. Lothlorien - more otherworldly elven singing, so evocative. Also love all of the music associated with Rohan; that Norwegian violin is so stirring. Oh, and everything else
"The question isn't where, Constable, but when." - Inspector Spacetime
