Any word on the NYC Premiere?

The Grey Pilgrim Lorien Sep 25 2012, 3:58pm Views: 724 Any word on the NYC Premiere? I remember reading a while back that the US Premiere of the film would be in New York. I planned on going to NZ for the premiere but it just didn't pan out for me. I was just wondering if anyone knows any dates for the premiere as of yet in New York, and if so if anyone is planning on going? Since I can't go to NZ or London, I figure this would be the next best thing. Thanks!

It's like a three story screen (I saw Avatar twice there--it was brilliant). I certainly plan to see The Hobbit at that venue more than once. Yes, Altaira, let us know!

I'm planning on traveling to the Lincoln Center IMAX for the regular midnight Premiere i've never been there but like you said, I've heard its magnificent.
