In fact, my next costume post was going to be the twilight ringwraith costumes. Their costumes share a lot of the same properties, I think. I refuse to believe that it was coincidental, so I have to wonder why PJ and the design team chose to link the two. _______________________ Ok, here goes: maybe when a person becomes a wraith, they remain wearing the same clothing that they were wearing at the time they became a wraith. In other words, no wardrobe changes allowed, in wraithworld . So the Kings were wearing their regal robes when they eventually became wraiths (who knows if it happens all at once or slowly), and after thousands of years, those clothes were still on them, but all shredded and ripped with thousands of years of wear and tear. Maybe metal, like crowns and breastplates, survive intact in wraithworld, but fabric does not. Whaddya think ... do I get an A for effort, huh huh ??
