Before I read the article, my school-rearing taught me that Fairy Tales and old Childhood Songs were used as Old World ways to pass on teachings and history from "Old Wives' Tales". I've also been told they were safe ways to send messages of politics or of rebellion status, like the poem "Mary, Mary Quite Contrary" was about the Queen or in songs like "Three Blind Mice". I'm sure it's a bunch of hooey; but I've always enjoyed the likelihood of it all. It appeals to my sense of order... and humour ;)


So now on to the reading the article. Such a grown-up and mature thing to do... I suppose *kaff*
