The blue hooded one [In reply to] Can't Post

might be Aidan Turner sans beard? I don't know, i'm clueless. Or it could be an extra in custome.

So great to see these pictures... [In reply to] Can't Post

Something comforting about seeing them actually making the movies.

No, it is Blue Wizard Pallando [In reply to] Can't Post

Planning to make his big screen debut on the white council. LOLOLOLOL. Probably not, but fun to say.

And as to Serkis in the suiting. . . knowing what that must entail (sequence filming YEAH!) I almost had to remind myself that a fangirlish squeal would be totally unbecoming, particularly coming from a young man. lol

The unknown actor in the blue robe and hood talking on the phone might be Martin Freeman - I was looking pretty close and it's possible that if he was all done up as Bilbo they would be careful to keep him covered when going from A to B out side.

Great to see Andy back in a lycra suit! Can't wait for this movie!

This is so cool. Not much, but it's proof that it's actually happening! Now I'm even more anxious, if that's possible Laugh

Lol. I don't know! [In reply to] Can't Post

I am like you, wondering the same thing. I can only play with the material they provide me with. One Blue Cowled fella, I had to pick or choose. Alatar is in his trailer, how's that? lol

Look Who's Talking [In reply to] Can't Post

You know, I could swear I see Adam Brown saying "hi-ho, hi-ho" with James Nesbitt reminding his telephone conversation that "it's off to work we go". Now that I think about it, perhaps we do need John Rhys-Davies to give them proper Tolkien dwarf training. Wink

Glad things are actually moving forward and look forward to more spy-pic's along the way. It's a great time to be a Tolkien fan!

Amazing how do you see the unseen! [In reply to] Can't Post

Despite the fact that this is a living proof that the train has left the station(horray!) I see little more than a bunch of guys in the lot, the only certainty I have is that Andy Serkis is already doing his CGI work.

Someone suposing that the green cloak is from a movie costume just makes me go LOL on you, sorry...

More? [In reply to] Can't Post

I want more too...but is it me being a stick in the mud that I find these shots rather intrusive? I appreciate stuff where the actors at least know there's cameras around but like the Gaffer I don't hold with all this spy-cam ironmongery.

Is it just me - or is the guy in the blue tee shirt the spitting image of Dominic Monaghan just rolloing off the "Lost" set?
