Seven of Nine vs. the Witch King

I wrote this scenario years ago, but I never finished it. Here's a new improved version. Who would actually win? They each have their usual weapons.

The Witch King is about to let his foul steed have Theoden for lunch, when:

Seven of Nine: "Begone. Leave the dead in peace."
WiKi: "Come not between the Nazgul and his prey! Or he will not slay thee in thy turn. He will bear thee away to the houses of lamentation, where -"
Seven of Nine: "That is irrelevant."
Wiki: " . . . Irrelevant? Irrelevant? Listen: He will bear thee away to the houses of lamentation, beyond all darkness, where thy flesh shall be devoured, and thy shriveled mind left naked -"
Seven of Nine: "Been there, done that."
Wki: "What?"
Seven of Nine: "I have already been assimilated." Draws phaser. "Resistance is futile."
Wiki, sputtering: "No living man may hinder me!"
Seven of Nine, indicating skintight catsuit: "That mask must hinder your eyesight, for you look upon a woman."

To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour.
