I was just trying to figure it out myself, I love a good puzzle, and using Futhorc came up with R-O-TH-E-R-H-O.
BROTHERHOOD would make sense.
Seems like Weta used Futhorc and not Angerthas.
But in Lindon Gil-Galad still maintained his power, and Sauron dared not as yet to pass the Mountains of Ered Luin nor to assail the Havens.
