Aftonbladet: Beorn taking English lessons & shoot begins Feb 15th

What is this? Well, I suppose that since Beorn is supposed to understand what the dwarves & Bilbo are speaking about, he needs to learn their tongue, too Laugh

In case you forgot, this is the paper that had the scoop that Persbrandt was cast in TH in the first place, so read on!

Rough translation:

<skipping the not-so-important parts throughout the article, if you wonder>

"Getting ready - for an Oscar"

"Mikael Persbrandt taking English lessons and working out twice a day"

First he landed a role in "The Hobbit" - now can Persbrandt's movie "Hämnden"
("In a better world" U.S. title) win an Academy Award. Nöjesbladet can now reveal how the actor is getting ready for Hollywood.

Mikael Persbrandt is overjoyed for the Academy Award nomination for his movie in the Foreign Language category.

-This is the first time that I am a part of an Academy Award-nominated movie and it makes me happy and proud, he says to TT Spektra. Despite the tight shooting schedule, he wants to attend at the Oscars Ceremony.

This spring, Persbrandt has a super-tight schedule. February 15 is the day when the filming begins for "The Hobbit" where he plays Beorn, a shiftshaper character on good side. Mikael Persbrandt is also going to play Carl Hamilton [..]

According to Nöjesbladet's sources, Persbrandt is now working out twice a day to get in shape for the two films. Also, he is to improve his English skills before debuting in Hollywood

- He has already begun taking English classes.

The Hobbit will premiere in december 2012 in USA.

The greatest adventure is what lies ahead.
