I can have anything that's not refined sugar or other sweeteners, dairy, grains, or bread. So I start off with a coconut water-fruit smoothie. My treat in the afternoon--when I most want something sweet--is apple slices with almond butter. Otherwise every meal is a LOT of vegies plus something proteinaceous. Mostly poultry or fish. My hardest adjustment really is my morning cuppa without milk.
