Speaking for myself, I avoid conversations where I don't know what people are talking about or don't have an opinion,.. That's never stopped me. And really, the Reading Room has a great reputation for tolerance which I hope it never loses. (For example, it is considered extremely bad manners to correct spelling or grammar here.)
