It's a classic topping for scones. You make it by baking heavy cream. The ultra pasteurized supermarket cream will not work. You need to.find rich grass fed cow milk cream. Then pour two inches deep in a glass dish and bake at 170 degrees f for 10 hours without stirring. When cooled off you scoop off the thick top. There will be whey left behind for bread baking.
