Aragorn and the Woodland Realm

If you put a gun to my head and forced me to guess, I'd say that Aragorn first met Lord Thranduil (and probably Legolas) sometime between Third Age 2051 when he first departs from Rivendell) and 2957 (whenf he begins to undertake his great journeys and errantries). Aragorn first met and befriended Gandalf the Grey in 2956 during his twenty-fifth year, though Gandalf might have already been aware that the heir of Isildur was being fostered by Elrond.
