The official hebrew translations are not particularly good, especially for the Lord of the Rings. They are based on an older translation of the books, which completely mis-interperated Tolkien's Elves; Goblins is transliterated instead of perfectly suitable translation, etcetra. In An Unexpected Journey, the translator clearly had no idea what "yore" means, because he just transliterated that word. I ran a list to keep track of recurring lines to make sure the translation was consistent. There weren't too many of those: maybe twenty-odd (which isn't a lot given how much dialogue is in these films), and a few more that I marked as incidental.
