Rings of Power adds three new cast members for season 3 — also, cameras are rolling

From Deadline: "Andrew Richardson (Ponies) has been cast as a series regular and Zubin Varla (Andor) and Adam Young (Masters of the Air) as recurring in the upcoming third season of Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, which recently began filming at the Amazon MGM Studios series’ new U.K. production home, Shepperton Studios."
Given Richardson’s resemblance to Maxim Baldry and his status as a series regular, my guess is he’ll be playing Anárion.
As for the others: Varla could easily portray a character like Khamul or another future Nazgul. I could see Young as either an Elf or an Orc. Since both are in recurring roles, I expect them to be playing original characters. (Sure, Khamul is technically canon—mentioned in Unfinished Tales—but he has no real backstory or characterization to speak of.)
Now now Bill, you swore this was a battle between warriors, not a bunch of miss nancies, so warriors is what I brought
