Our record-breaking dry spring has ended and we're in a run of showery westerlies now, much to the relief of gardeners and growers in particular. Everything is starting to flower well and I've just picked my first greenhouse cucumber of the season - munchy and crunchy! It's so interesting reading about the different weather challenges and growing seasons of all the TORnsibs in various parts of the world!
