Andy Serkis: "I want my preciousss role again" Can't Post
A recent interview with Andy Serkis about playing Gollum again. He cautions that nothing is set in stone yet regarding him playing the role but reiterates his interest in doing it. My guess is that they won't offer anyone a role until the script is done, but with Andy firmly cementing his take on Gollum (as Ian McKellen did with Gandalf) I imagine that he and Ian are two that could get locked up sooner if Guillermo chose to do so. And as GDT wants to bring back all the previous cast members that make sense, it should only be a matter of time until it's confirmed.
